Choir and Music
In keeping with a great musical tradition the St Margaret Pattens Choir is usually in attendance at Thursday celebrations of Holy Communion, when there are hymns and anthems, and musical settings to accompany the service. The Choir also sings at the occasional Evensong, at special Advent, Christmas and Easter services, and on special days such as Epiphany and Ascension Day..

If you are a singer and would like to escape from your workplace at lunch time, then see if you would like to join us on Thursdays from 12:15pm to 1 pm to sing a variety of choral music.
We are a small, dynamic, friendly choir, aiming for high standards, and needing to do quite a bit of sight reading. It is not a huge commitment, and aims to be sensitive to your work and life obligations.
